Digital products and the right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content that you can download immediately after payment. Under EU and Belgian consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of digital content has started, if you have:

• explicitly agreed that delivery starts immediately, and
• acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout. After that, a purchase cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind.

When you are entitled to a refund

You always keep your statutory rights. If a product cannot be downloaded, is incomplete, or does not match its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will fix the problem, send a working copy, or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 14 days.
