We sell digital products: downloadable PDF guides and video lessons. The content of each product is described on its sales page. Products are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.
All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the moment you order. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
Right after payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive it within one hour, check your spam folder or contact us.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, provided you gave your explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent with the checkbox at checkout. See our refunds & withdrawal policy for details.
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, including for building websites for your own clients. You may not resell, share, copy, publish or distribute the product or its contents (including the prompts), in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Our guides explain a working method using third-party tools such as WordPress, Elementor Pro and Claude. We do not control these tools, their pricing or their availability, and we cannot guarantee specific results. You need your own licences or subscriptions for these tools.
Your statutory rights to digital content that conforms to its description remain fully applicable. If a product does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limitation.
Send complaints to [email protected]. We reply within 5 working days. If we cannot reach a solution, consumers in Belgium can contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur).
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
